This month’s faves
- Dr. Teal’s Gentle Exfoliant with Pure Epsom Salt Softening Remedy
- Profoot Care Heel Rescue Superior Moisturizing Foot Cream
- Jordan’s Skinny Syrup
My first fave for May is an awesome foot scrub from Dr.
A lot of times I’ll use it in the shower but my favorite way to use it is when my feet are dry. I see the best results this way. I’ll sit down on the edge of the tub with my feet inside it. Before I turn on the water I squeeze a quarter size amount in my palm and massage it onto one of my heels. I really focus on the heel but eventually work it over the entire foot. I concentrate especially on areas that I know are dry. When that foot is finished, after about 3 – 4 minutes, I do the same to the other foot. Finally, I rinse both feet with warm water and either shower or apply lotion.
Which brings me to my second fave of the month, Profoot Care’s Heel Rescue Superior Moisturizing Foot Cream. I am hooked on this cream! Can I just say that one of my favorite things about this cream is the container it’s
I like to apply this cream right before bed. This gives it all night to work
Prepare to be amazed at how soft your skin will be. You will have super smooth, soft heels all Summer with continued use. Use both faves for best results!
My third fave for May has been a lifesaver recently on Weight Watchers. I have been searching high and low for a decent coffee creamer to replace my point laden flavored creamer and these Jordan’s Skinny Syrups have worked nicely. I’m the type of person who likes a little coffee with her creamer so this syrup had some big shoes to fill.
After trying a bunch of different options and not finding any I came across the Skinny Syrup at TJ Maxx one day. I scanned it with the WW app and it came up 0 points. I ended up choosing the flavor Salted Caramel. These Skinny Syrups along with some vanilla Premier Protein Shake and fat-free half & half and I finally have coffee I can
For those of you wondering about the taste, they’re actually pretty good. I usually hate sugar-free anything but I don’t mind these. As a matter of
To hammer home the biggest selling feature for me, besides the flavor, I found another Hazelnut syrup at the store but it was 5 Smart Points for 2 tablespoons! That’s way too many points to spend every morning before breakfast! Lastly, you can’t beat the price of these syrups. While I found mine for about $4 each you can buy them on the Jordan’s Skinny Mixes website here for not much more.
